A classic set of lashes is the most popular style following current trends.  Classic refers to the method of 1:1 lashes.  1 lash extension is glued to 1 natural lash.  Classic lashes are ideal for clients who already have a lot of lashes but want to add fullness and length.  It provides a mascara look without mascara as well as saving you time getting ready.

What lengths and weights do I commonly use?

The most common and ideal weight of a single lash is 0.15. Most of my clients prefer lengths between 10mm-13mm.

 
Hybrid lashes is a mix of volume lashes (multiple lightweight lashes to one natural lashes) and classic lashes (1 lash to 1 natural lash). 

 Volume lashes began in Russia. It is an advanced technique that give clients full and luscious volume to the lashes.  With classic eyelash extensions, technicians are limited to adding only 1 synthetic hair to each natural eyelash.  Volume lashing goes beyond conventional one to one extensions by using incredibly soft, light and fine lashes.  These lashes are much finer and as a result volume lashing can be achieved by adding multiple extensions to create depth.  Depending on the strength of your natural lashes, up to 8 lashes with a variety of curls can be added to create a very glamorous look.
